Instead of relying on us Dorks, try a form with the legal language to download it. They are so cheap here online and if you know you're covered for everything.

In general, the national guidelines for the removal, have the necessary number of days and a schedule that you have to do in each semester. We just received the inhabitants driven out and enforcement of all court personnel do not know the answer. Please call the Office of the County Sheriff to provide answers, then call the Office of the State Department of Housing for more information. Are the rules for websites for download. Follow the instructions to the letter. It is not necessarily indicative of 30 days, depending on the circumstances. Follow the rules of the State in your country and everything should go, even if it takes longer than expected. Good luck.

Keep it simple. It is a formal eviction notice, it is not the proper format.

A simple

I have an end of the month of your monthly lease without cause or reason for (your state) laws. It is expected to leave on or before September 30, 2008.

Please remember to remove all personal belongings in his room in the same condition that you get to leave less normal wear.

You are responsible for the rent during the notice period.

There is no necessary reason from 30 days' notice. The signature and the date and a witness that he was served.
