My son is a 2YO and I am trying to toilet train him. He will not let me touch or not touch his penis on his penis, so I do not see the infection and always has been. He always cries when she touches or crying and shakes my hand. Because it hurts. It has never bothered to figure anyway, why can not he just show me, let him, how to use the restroom.

He's your father? If so, maybe you can try training your child? If not, then try to do in a game or a better situation for him. Potty training can be a difficult time!
I do not know. I had a doctor who takes over for him. My best friend is a girl who never wanted to touch someone, or to behold, and has recently begun to call a fool, "as owie. My best friend finally, a glance, and it is slightly deformed and the skin pulls funny and hurt.
So seek out if one really leaves you, go get a doctor. Could be less, but could be more! Been circumcised? If so, can not run properly.
My son cries when she does not even near him.
